At Intastop, we are firm believers in giving back to the community and helping others! Many of our team participate in fundraisers and come up with new ways we can help! In 2020, we saw the community coming to together more than ever which was truly inspiring!
Living in unprecedented times means that we all have to adapt and change to the environment and those circumstances we all find ourselves in currently. As a business we have changed our operations, ensuring staff safety whilst continuing to deliver much needed anti-bacterial wall protection and handrails to the healthcare and care sectors. But we’re also supporting our local communities too, as people and their protection, are at the very heart of what we do.
We supported the National 3D Printing Society by making frame shields for keyworker PPE, donated individual hand-sanitisers to Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospital Trust, as well as Doncaster Care Homes including Cantley Grange and, why we also supported Hallam FM Cash 4 Kids charity to make sure children and their families in South Yorkshire don’t go without essential items such as food.
In addition, we asked our teams’ children to help boost morale by drawing pictures and writing letters and jokes for residents at Wrawby Hall Care Home after seeing a plea on Social Media! Definitely some budding authors and artists in the mists! We have digital versions of these images too so if you would like to request any for your care home, get in touch and we can send them to you electronically. Credit has to go to every member of the Intastop team who adapted quickly to the changing circumstances so we can continue to support the NHS whilst also using their spare time to help print frames, deliver hand-sanitisers and support local charities.
