Half Surface/Full Surface Hinges
Overview
Full and Half Surface Hinges are ideal for existing doorsets.
Intastop Full Surface Continuous Geared Hinges are applied to exposed door and frame surface for upgrading and realigning existing door sets.
Intastop Half Surface Continuous Geared Hinges allow one half leaf to be applied to the door surface, and the other to concealed jamb surface for upgrading and realigning existing door sets.
Benefits:

• Fire tested to BS476: Part 20 & 22 for 30 and 60 minutes
• Exceeds lifecycle requirements of BS7532:1990
• Tested to 1.5 million cycles
• Distributes load stress evenly along full length of door & frame
• Acts as reinforcement for both door and frame
• Gap between door and frame is sealed providing privacy

Colours & Finishes
Standard finish is Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA). Other anodised finishes, colour coating to any RAL number and wood effect finishes are also available.
