Overview

Full Mortice Hinges are designed mainly for use on new door applications and are applied so as to conceal both leaves.

Intastop Full Mortice Continuous Geared Hinges are also available with a shorter leaf for wardrobe and cupboard doors.

An Electronically Modified Hinge is available which has been tested to 1.25 million cycles.  A removable option is available where the hinge is designed to be installed in 3 sections allowing the current carrying cabling to be serviced or replaced without removing the door from the frame.  The hinge includes a bonded 4 conductor flat cable; each conductor is capable of carrying 4 amps @ 24 volts.

Colours & Finishes

Standard finish is Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA). Other anodised finishes, colour coating to any RAL number and wood effect finishes are also available.
