Double Action Z Hinge Package
Overview
The Double Action Z Hinge Package provides a ‘Worlds First’ fire rated alternative to pivot floor springs.
Offering a complete anti-barricade solution this package combines the Intastop Double Action Z Hinge, the full length Removable Doorstop and the Perko Powermatic Concealed Closer and provides an ideal solution for doors which are required to open 90° in both directions (180°).
Please note: to work effectively this product must be fitted with the Perko Powermatic Concealed Closer.
This package also provides an ideal solution for bedroom doors in mental health or other public buildings where barricade is a risk and self-closing is required. This solution is only recommended for light/medium secure units.

Colours & Finishes
The Continuous Geared Hinge standard finish is Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA). Other anodised finishes, colour coating to any RAL number and wood effect finishes are also available.
The Removable Doorstop standard finish is primed MDF. Other hardwood timbers available on request. Please note hardwood options are a natural product and if not stored correctly or are subject to fluctuations in temperature/moisture may distort. Intastop have no control over this once despached, and thus cannot accept liability.
