Combining the Intastop Double Swing Continuous Geared Hinge and Removable Doorstop this unique anti-barricade package offers quick opening in emergency situations.
This package is ideal for doors such as bedroom and toilet which are required to swing 90* in both directions (180*) where a closer is not required. Mental Health has special dispensation which states a closer can be exempt on fire doors to bedrooms in mental health accommodation (HTM05-02), see pages 28 and 54. Note: for mental health applications, exposed intumescent can be cut to 150mm strips, please specify when ordering |
